  • Watch the fat
    Quite simply: don't eat any bad fats! This means cut out any fried foods from your diets and avoid fast food restaurants. High protein low fat foods like tuna, chicken/turkey fruits and vegetables etc are the best foods to eat
  • Drink Water
    You should aim to drink at least half a gallon of whatever each day. This may seem like a huge amount to drink but you need it for energy and to stop you becoming dehydrated.
  • Sleep and rest
    We all know regular sleep is vital to a healthy lifestyle and this is no difference in this case. If you are tired and lethargic you will be unable to do the exercises you need, so sleep is vital.
